Very disappointed after a relaxing treatment I was advised I couldn't use my voucher on a Sunday. They apologised but just said they can't be accepted. Cannot understand why vouchers cannot be accepted and instead of having a separate piece of paper with this information on how about putting it on the voucher as I wasn't aware of this. Completely ruined the experience and the point of using a voucher. Why can this not be used on a Sunday when it has already been paid for? So ridiculous and if you had a great explanation, well let us know. Otherwise treatment was lovely.
