Was given a voucher for my birthday... Due to kids and work commitments I was only able to go on Sunday's. When I arrived I was told that they don't accept vouchers on Sunday's. No explanation given other than pointing out the super fine text on the bottom of my card. Put a damper on my experience, especially when I had been so looking forward to some me time. My facial by Abbey was amazing and made up for the initial disappointment. Really would like to know why gift cards can't be used on Sunday's? Not like they can charge more for the services on this day?
