This was my second visit in two weeks. I highly rate the treatments I had received. My only problem was the notification of running late. My first appointment was running 20 minutes late, but failed to inform me that they were running late. I don’t mind if they are running late but thought they had forgotten about me. And the second appointment was 10 minutes late. And again was uninformed by the desk staff. Sarina, my therapist informed me she, herself that she would be another 5 mins. Again I don’t mind if they are running late but the fact that I was not informed about it was very frustrating. In both situations there was a lady sitting at the front desk the whole time I was there, and she didn’t say anything to me.
