During my visit to PI I had a new woman complete my treatment. Despite the guide I gave for shape and colour of my brows I left feeling that they were overplucked and dyed too dark. I returned to the store and expressed my concerns with Amanda. While I understand that it was mostly down to miscommunication between myself and the therapist that completed my treatment, I wanted to express my gratitude to Amanda. I've dealt with her over many issues from the sourcing of the products used to my issue last night, and she has always gone above and beyond to ease my worries. Every time I've been in she has been incredibly friendly and helpful.
