Usually our experience at Pure Indulgence is great, not today. Arrived at the salon at 4.20 for our 4.30pm appointment, asked if we could add on to the 40minute pro skin facial to the teen dream package to include the brow sculpt, was told it wasn’t possible as the current treatment would go up to the close time - (but the current treatment would have lasted until 5.10pm, not 5.30pm) We then waited for a further 25mins to be seen. My daughter was taken through to her treatment at 4.50 and done by just after5.15pm! During the treatment, the therapist pulled out my daughters nose ring with the towel which caused her enormous pain. The response was oops forgot about that! My daughter, laid there holding back tears. I met her after the session where she was in floods of tears in pain, on top of this her face was still covered in face mask! Really disappointing from walking in to walking out the door, rushed and not a great experience for a 14yr old on the start of her skincare journey.

I was really looking forward to my pedicure, it was a Christmas gift and I had been saving it for Valentine's day. But a couple of things happened during my visit which rendered the visit unenjoyable. First of all the staff asked me to select a colour to have my nails painted with, I gladly obliged and returned the colour choices to the front desk where one of the beauticians said she would make a record of my choice. Later the lady who was taking care of me seemed frustrated that I didn't know the name or number of my colour and shared a "look" with the lady behind the counter at my seeming incompetence - I'm sorry, not my fault. Secondly, I hardly call rubbing a bit of oil on my calves and then wiping it off with a towel the leg/foot massage that was advertised in the package. However, the wheat pack between my shoulder blades was very pleasant, it helped me to relax when my beautician wouldn't be quiet... I just want to enjoy the experience not have a heart to heart... And finally, I checked the box on the admin form that I didn't want to receive any kind of email traffic from Pure Indulgence... This was such a disappointing experience from a salon about which I have heard nothing but rave reviews... So to recap... attitude of staff left much to be desired, as did the "massage"...

I went for a Signature Facial and was really looking forward to it as it was Mothers Day gift. Ended up having a Winter facial as the girl really didnt want to do the Signature and talked about the winter one so much it made me feel bad to say no. Bed wasnt made, felt messy and nothing was prepared. Whilst the girl was a bit friendly she was really inexperienced at how to make people feel relaxed, she was rushing everything, it just felt like I was in the way and she couldnt wait for this to end, not relaxing at all, my face felt nice afterwards as the products were nice and smelt good, but the overall experience was bad, not relaxing, massage way too hard and way too fast with everything she done, just rushing everything from the second she started, wont go back.

Big thanks to the wonderful lady who did my facial she was so lovely,as for the other staff members can’t say the same they were rude and ignorant..My treated was paid for by a giftcard & definitely not worth the month my friends paid,couldn’t see the difference from a normal facial to the deluxe spa facial yet the price differs greatly.. Do yourself a favor and support ladies that do it from home because these salons are ripping you off!

The service I got today was average. I do not believe it was worth the money I paid for it and am quite disappointed. I could have got a better pedicure elsewhere for half the price I paid. Will not be going back for a pedicure here.
