I feel like the covers for the beds need updating. The cover that was over me today seemed very old; it had red stains on it and was covered in piling so didnt seem to be ‘luxury’ that is expected with the prices you pay in store. I also didnt enjoy the fact that the signature facial has changed to having the massage part of it whilst laying on your back instead of your stomach, it didnt feel like i was actually getting a massage and for the price i was shocked!. The facial part of it was fantastic.
