I was greeted well and briefed about the procedure before beginning by Melanie at Westfield, North lakes. She took the time to engage in a short chat and gave me a very relaxing head massage while I was there for a facial peel. The ladies discussed the products suitable for my skin issues. I am looking forward to my remaining peels I have booked with them. Very professional therapists and I definitely left refreshed !
