The actual experience while there was not the issue, the problem was the polish did not dry, it was still tacky when I went to bed and the next morning while it felt dry after wearing my joggers for my morning walk once removing my socks it had taken some of the polish off,

I was a little disappointed. The service felt rushed and sloppy. A lot of wax remained on the legs. After showering that night I noticed how many patches remained untouched. Either the hair was not removed or the hair was just snapped, so a lot of patches are prickly. I don't feel the service has been provided to a satisfactory level. Being in an out within 15 minutes for 3/4 leg wax seems too quick. Normally I have no issues with the services provided by this location and provide positive feedback, but in this instance I cannot. In hindsight, I should of waited for an appointment with Ashleigh (as she is fantastic!), but the service was required sooner rather than later.

I would love to have had a finger-bath, detailed manicure pushing, and a hand massage, not even hot towels were offered at the end of the manicure. I didn't receive any of these. The only great thing was the lady was particular with the finish of the shellac.
