I was recommended by my sister to go to Pure Indulgence as I was wanting a facial. When booking my appointment the staff were very friendly, upon arriving I was greeted by the staff and they were very welcoming. My beauty therapist was Grace and I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns and recommended a package. The facial was excellent and exactly what I needed and will definitely be returning for future appointments!

I had booked a 70 minute Pure Indulgence Signature Facial - mostly because I wanted a longer treatment that included the massage component - on the phone app it said all Signature treatments included a foot massage and this particular package included a muscle melting hot stone back massage - on consultation my therapist offered a different type of facial (anti aging?) and said it would be the same cost/time - the facial was really nice and it was a very pleasant experience however the treatment was around 60 minutes and did not include the back massage and only included a mini foot massage after I had questioned this. I am happy with the treatment I got - just disappointed the change did not include some of the services I thought it would - had it been explained I probably would have stuck to the original package. All in all - very happy with the facial component.

Really disapointed in the brazillian i got yesterday,1 of the worst ive had in 10 years. After a quick look in salon seemed ok but upon closer inspection at home there are patches of hair missed everywhere. A waste of money honestly. The girl i had was really lovely but either wasnt paying attention or couldn't be bothered doing it properly.
