Every time I come to Pure Indulgence whether it the middle of the day or the first appointment, I am always called 10 - 15 minutes late. I am always early and I don’t appreciate my appointment time not being adhered to. These appointments are not the only thing I’m doing in my day and it feels like the staff do not value my time.

My previous consultant, who has left, used to do little things like give you a heat bag, a little temple massage,etc which made the eye brow wax the most relaxing experience. I missed that today! the little things do make a difference.

I could hear the music/bass from the store next door. Maybe making an agreement on volume with the neighbouring store would create a more relaxing/peaceful environment.

A little annoyed as a regular customer to find that, for the second time in four visits, they had neglected to book in my extras (eye lash tint & brow sculpt). Twice they could not do it at the time & requested I come back later in the day. Not good enough. More attention needs to be paid when booking the next appointment instead of constantly trying to upsale! As a regular there I will purchase things when I require them & the continual push to sell more to me when I spend quite a substantial amount on treatments as it is is getting to be annoying.
