The product range used seemed to be lavender based which was a problem for me as I am highly allergic/sensitive to lavender. The therapist seemed to spend a long time searching for suitable products that did not have lavender. Then suggested I spend an extra $35.00 to get products without lavender, which I refused. Although she was very nice and kept saying it wasn't my fault I just didn't feel comfortable with the quality of the facial. I will say that the hot stone back therapy was fantastic one of the best I've had. I have had much nicer facials for half the price at my local salon who have an excellent lavender free range.

The only negative is the people in the waiting area when one comes out of the treatment. It felt like everyone was looking at me. More privacy in the reception area would be ideal as it fronts to a coffee shop as well. There are only little stools to sit on whilst waiting.

Tshara was lovely. Very professional and sincere. Recommended a great course of treatment to help with hydration but not pushy. I will definitely return to book another series of facial with the team here. I am always impressed with the girls here. Thank you Tshara for a lovely Saturday afternoon of relaxation
