Comment
On previous visits have had lovely smelling candles burning in treatment room which I felt creates a lovely ambience , felt like they must be applying cost cutting measures . Disappointed with such long waiting time between 1 treatment being a massage and a pedicure sitting in waiting room beside swinging door that due to air con pressure does not close fully therefore sat in a terrible draft on seats in walkway whilst awaiting 2nd treatment . Quite disappointing considering previous appointments over the past 3 years.
