My facial today with Rebecca was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her. She was extremely thorough in creating the perfect customised facial for my skin and was great at explaining the benefits of each step and product.

Today I had my first ever massage thanks to a voucher from my friends and it was heaven! Georgia worked wonders on my shoulders, neck, and back. From the moment I walked into the massage room to the moment I left, I felt cared for and relaxed. It was so amazing to feel the pain and tension in my body melt away. I'll definitely be back! The only reason I have given a "9" for overall environment is because it's located in a shopping center and you could hear the noise outside, but to be honest, it didn't bother me.

The girl I had was very lovely and the service was very good. I was a little confused as to why I was charged $9? As I had a gift card for an eyebrow tint ($28) and decided to get an eyebrow sculpture instead but when I looked online they were both the same price

I am a return client however this time I was treated by Shannon, in previous times I was treated by a blonde English girl (can’t remember her name) the treatment I received from this girl in the past was far higher quality than what I received from Shannon. Shannon did the treatment fine however did not speak to me throughout, the customer service/experience was very average and if this was my first visit I would have been likely not to return.
