Overall a great experience as always. Relaxing and good products used. Services can be a little pricey but at least this is made up for by the quality customer service.

The only concern I had was on completion the staff member that took my payment had a range of piercings and was trying to take over from the staff member who had completed my service and was giving me some information.

Great precessional service. Thank you. Great experience although the time I paid for was 50 mins and by the time everything started it was more like 40 and I paid extra for that extra 10 mins so a little disappointed.

The "waxing" session/treatment I had this week was the best I've ever had anywhere.....either at Pure Indulgence or at another salon.

I always feel wonderful when I walk out of a treatment with my beautician Mel, and trust her treatment advice with my skin, but I have to admit that I don't like the new service structure. I feel the business has changed to target more of the walk in walk out customer, rather than the long term loyal customer. In my case I suffer from anxiety so I depend on the comfort of having one beautician who knows me. I only change beautician because I have to, like when my previous beautician went on maternity leave. Although I had her recommend who I should use next, I still have to build my confidence and comfort with them. As a result of the changes the business has implemented, unfortunately I will be dropping off on the services my current beautician is no longer allowed to perform.
