I was gifted a two hour treatment at the Northlakes Store and it was such a wonderful and nurturing way to have some valuable time to myself. The staff were so lovely and it was a super relaxing massage and facial. Very professional and supportive. Thanks for the great experience. I will look forward to another appointment soo ….,

I visited Pure Indulgence North Lakes for the first time today and absolutely loved my treatments. I have been a beauty therapist for 13 years and find it very hard to find a good therapist for my own treatments - perhaps because my expectations are quite high - but Jessica was absolutely amazing. The eyebrow wax and tint were perfect and the massage was extremely relaxing. I highly recommend Jessica and Pure Indulgence North Lakes.

I would like to add that you are forgetting to clean the base of the treatment beds as when laying on my front looking at the ground all I could see was a build up of dirt and mould around the base and floor. Not something anyone should be looking at and it questioned me to think if the rest of your equipment is clean. I was in the Paris room.

I love the girls at North Lakes. I can always get an appointment and they are always so professional and caring, even when I meet a new staff member. I won’t take my business anywhere else!
