The therapist I saw was great dealing with my two kids while having a brow wax. She did a great job even with baby sitting on top of me (who was otherwise crying!) and a toddler jumping around the floor! While I would prefer not to bring kids to salon, it's great if staff can accommodate this for short services as sometimes we don't have an alternative. Thanks :)

I was disappointed that I was not told that Gabrielle has left and I was with someone else. A phone call would of been polite. I asked why I was not contacted and I was told Gabrielle should of phoned you. When you are sent a text reminder I could of been advised. I am not sure if I will be coming back for my next appointment.

The prices seem to have increased and there was a mix up with my appointment time but overall I'm happy

Luxury Pedicure - Extremely quick soak before starting. Doubt it would of softened skin much. Dry/cracked skin still left on my heals after service. I've had other pedicures before and they did more in the way of soaking and paraffin wrap treatment was also included for the same price. Nail polish was done beautifully though.

Grace provided my service today - ordinarily I have a very relaxing experience at Pure Indulgence - even only having eye brow waxes, however, today I felt that my treatment was rushed and rough, certainly not the gentle treatment I usually receive.

Fantastic service and loved the end result. Disappointed that the head massage has been removed from the service as this is the reason I come to pure indulgence and get an eyelash tint. For the head massage. Shame that it's no longer included as it will potentially change where I get the treatment from in the future.
