I used online booking and received confirmation of booking for 3 pm. When I arrived for my 3 pm appointment, I was informed that it was not until 440pm. Very frustrated my appointment was reshuffled to 340pm and was asked to come back at that time. When I arrived back I was told someone had tried to ring me but the phone number recorded was incorrect. I could have been emailed as a second contact.

The massage was nice but the form I filled in was overlooked and was not taken into consideration. Too much time spent on one area and not enough on others

I had a facial which was lovely and brow sculpting/wax/tint. The tint was basically non existent after the facial so no dramatic difference after sculpting, not worth paying the extra for. Had a Voucher to use for the treatments but the eftpos machine did not work at the time so ended up having to pay cash- which was completely inconvenient, as i would not have got any of it done otherwise. Overpriced for what you get.

I was disappointed with the lack of accurate information upon making the booking. I asked how long each treatment was and was told explicitly the length of time however the consultant spent over 20 mins on the hard sell as part of my treatment. It is vital to be transparent in all aspects of your product.

I thought the girl doing the treatment was very nice and professional . The surroundings in the room were small , pokey ,claustrophobic. I didn’t feel any indulgence to be honest. It was a 40 minute back massage but the actual hands on massage was about 34 mins - not sure if pre conversation is included in the 40 mins . Standing in corridor to throw back a glass of water upon finishing was not very relaxing or part of an indulgent treatment. Sorry to be so critical but I didn’t think theexperince costing $85 is one I would return for .

Friendly staff, great environment. It had a very relaxing feel to it. I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail especially considering the prices of treatment. I should have been completely hairless and I wasn't, there was obvious spots that were missed :/
