I had a booking for eyebrow and a micro dem also had my mother blocked in for eye brow and facial . One of your staff didn't show for work and I was pumped thru in 35 minuets for the sever stated above. My mother attended her appointment and h r service for treatment was 1 hr. The lady was nice but I have attended many times before with the extras while laying there-e.g. Foot message or hand.... instead there was no communication on how long I would have to lay there with mask as she sat and filled out notes. If I had of known that the service provider was going to be put under the pump due to work load I would of canceled and come on other day..

Very disappointed with brow tinting. Told a colour to be used and that colour not done. To add insult to injury I kept being told how I still had to pay even though it looked so wrong and many attempts to fix the problem rubbing something on to take off colour. I was very unhappy with that part of the experience. The actual facial part massage was wonderful but with a voucher that had been brought for me nearly two years ago, I was shocked to learn that the amount that was purchased for me to receive the works no longer had the same value as their prices had changed! That's just plain wrong. What you pay for isn't that what's to be received in that time period. No matter what you want to do with prices or services you should still deliver on what you sold someone! Very pushy on product sales too. To the point of putting a guilt trip on you to buy their products or else your not caring for your skin!
