I have been going to Pure Indulgence for a long time and have always been very happy with all services & the staff have always been very friendly. However I was a bit upset this time to find the girl who answered the phone to make my appointment was quite rude. I know they are very busy, but I was a bit put off about making another booking as she was continually saying how busy they were. Thanks.

I loved my facial and massage I received. I would've liked her to have informed me of the products she would have recommended for me, instead I had to ask. In saying that she did have good product knowledge.

My only issue today would be the discomfort of the seat I sat on for my manicure. Can I suggest a more comfortable chair be provided for your clients to sit on during manicures? Sitting on one of the same seats as the therapist, for 40 - 45 minutes, was very uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. Normally I love coming to be pampered by your therapists and the treatments but today I left feeling rather cramped in my lower back and lower legs.

I was disappointed with the lack of accurate information upon making the booking. I asked how long each treatment was and was told explicitly the length of time however the consultant spent over 20 mins on the hard sell as part of my treatment. It is vital to be transparent in all aspects of your product.

I was told that if I couldn't make my spot ointment by 1 .10 I wouldn't been seen. I had to get permission to leave work early to make it in time . I arrived at least 8 min prior to appointment time only to be kept waiting for nearly 15 min !!!!! Having an eye brow wax is no big deal but it was the worst wax I have ever had , my brows look horrible . Will never go back to pure indulgence , have had previous bad experience when my 1 . 5 hour pamper package was over in 1.15 . Generally the staff are pretty unfriendly .
