Comment
I'm disappointed to learn that your new business approach to therapists specialising in certain therapies only. This now means I have to see two different therapists and thus make two appointments (hopefully consecutive) and be moved between treatment rooms. As a client that values the professional and elegant atmosphere of pure indulgence I feel this will now be compromised. Not to mention that I have a great rapport with my current therapist and now have to find another therapist for my waxing, when it took me numerous treatments previously to find a therapist that I was happy with, as others missed sections of my legs resulting in me shaving them! Let's just hope it runs smoothly and effectively or I will not hesitate in moving salons.
