My specialist, Shay, was so helpful and kind when discussing my skin issues, made me feel completely comfortable, gave me really good advice, and was so professional and did an amazing job of my facial. The girls out the front (where I first arrived and waited, and where I payed) seemed slightly preoccupied and distant, however could have been explained by being busy and was not so bad that it lowered my opinion of my experience.
