I went to Pure Indulgence for a quick eyebrow wax and was trapped for over half an hour whilst the consultant tried to upsell me all sorts of products at the end of my treatment. Made me feel quite pressured and uncomfortable and won't be returning to Pure Indulgence again.

I had to ask to get my big toes painted again as the lady left them with massive air bubbles in them. If I didn’t ask she wouldn’t have fixed it. My fingernails were also done in a rush with clear polish slapped on at the last minute with huge visible blobs along my nail

I've had 4 facials now as I purchased a series with the Robina salon all time beside my last visit I've had the therapist do whatever they feel like even after I've said I would like the set facial promo at the time , go through products and push even after I say I have everything and not looking at buying at this time as I've already purchased at the 30 % off sale. Making it clear I want relaxation thats why I've chosen this facial I've just had a baby so all I want is to enjoy some time to myself. Each time I've been I have a therapist who doesn't know the steps, leave the room for long periods of the time, cut my treatment time even when im not late, change the treatment, 10 minutes worth of massage instead of the 30/40 minutes allowed. After paying for a series over $500 I would love to get my moneys worth .

Hi I called during the week specially asking for Claire to do my eyebrows. So I waited to see her on Thursday night however was treated by another girl who didn’t even tell me her name. She did a good job however now my eyebrows look thinner. I asked just for a tidy. So now I’m annoyed that I wasn’t told Claire wasn’t going to be doing my eyebrows and now not sure how I’m going to get them thick again. I’m thinking of changing to a smaller boutique so there is less chance of this happening.

Treatment room "London"... Too loud and music was non existent. Paid $40 extra for hot stone that was only 10mins. Therapist was friendly and professional...front of desk was rude. I arrived 10mins early as per request and told I was early.
