The questions of the survey should be separated into experience and service. The service provided was of a high standard and the beautician was professional and friendly. The salon vibe unfortunately has changed. I've been coming to the salon for years up until about six months ago when i changed suburbs. The salon reception area used to be calm and inviting and the person at the front counter was discreet and quiet spoken. My visit today was disappointing. I felt it was disorganized, rushed, its a little tired furniture wise and not an environment that would be conducive to one winding down to have a relaxing massage while waiting for your not so cheap appointment. The lady at the front counter was friendly but bless her heart was quite loudly spoken so when i checked in the whole salon and im sure the people walking passed knew i was booking in for a bikini wax! I reiterate that behind the doors to the rooms, it was the quiet quality service i expected. Sorry for the negative part of the feedback. I used to love this salon so just sad its not what it used to be.

I felt quite pressured into purchasing additional treatment which I didn’t want. I also was completely ignored by 3 staff members whilst I waited. They just continued to talk to each other in front of me which I found very uncomfortable with.

It was mostly positive except that I had oil in my hair from the treatment which made me very self-conscious,because it looked like I hadn't washed my hair for a week. I had wanted to do some shopping afterwards, but I quickly left the centre and went home.

I received no explanation of my service prior to it starting. Massager did not check that I was comfortable with the pressure she applied. Staff talking in other room or reception area could be clearly heard during my treatment so not very relaxing. I really did not find it all that relaxing for the cost of the gift voucher my husband bought for me, and it was called Massage heaven! I feel my massage therapist may not have been very experienced, however she was very pleasant. Also,the towels could be softer, getting old, the towels not me!

I have had different series packages here for over 3 years and I feel the service has deteriorated. There is no feeling of being "pampered" anymore or special extras (like the head massage during lash/brow treatment). Just in and out. I buy a lot of Pure Indulgence products and so I get very sick of the "hard sell" every visit! The staff turn over is continual too and so no one knows you or your history. While the actual treatment is great it's a shame to see the service not so. Will I continue to visit Pure Indulgence on a regular basis? Not sure.

The lady who completed my service was very professional. She was pretty light with her massage but once I asked her to make it a bit firmer it was good. I did however not have a good experience because the air conditioning was so damn cold that I had to have a blanket added to the parts not being massaged. My fingers of both hands were numb with the cold and I ended up with a runny nose from my experience. I have been here many times but I will never book an early appointment (9:10am) again & actually will probably think twice before coming again as it is an awful lot of money to be paid out for an unenjoyable experience.
