There was a big difference between the lady who did my facial and the experience conpared to other ladies and previous experiences. Over the past year it has been fairly consistent amoungst people who do my facials other than today

maintaining the costings of services to remain competitive but not too high as to attract return and duplication of packages. waxing prices need to come down as no additional services are given other than waxing. Level of service varies between therapists, some use the wheat bag behind the neck, some put support under the knees. No consistancy. Over pushing of product, makes you a bit uncomfortable.

Wasn't that impressed with the hot stones. Normally they are used for a longer time but this time, for the price I was paying for them they were a quick, almost fleeting, component of her massage.

My therapist April tried to apply firm pressure for my massage but unfortunately her hands were shaking for most of the massage, which didn’t make for as much of a relaxing massage as hoped. I think a remedial massage at a different salon will probably be better next time.
