Tenielle is extremely professional and relatable! When the last therapist left who I had been seeing for a number of years I found it hard to find another therapist who was as thorough and caring. After a number of appointments where I wasn't too impressed, I was thrilled that I found another therapist who is interested in her clients skin care needs and also them as a person. She remembers stuff you talk about from previous visits. The staff at reception are lovely as well always welcoming you personally when you arrive and are happy to help. Pure indulgence Robina is like walking into a haven for us women to treat ourselves!
