With such great professional services on offer at this salon, its such a disappointment when the lady at the front counter didn't even have the courtesy to look up from the computer to greet me properly when i entered the salan for an appointment. A real let down to what should be an amazing experience given the high quality service provided at this salan.. which is a rare find these days.

I had a much longer all over massage on my last visit and it was the same bliss package. This time I was given only a back massage. Really nice but last time I had legs and arms and hands.

One thing I don't like it how things are offered at the time of your treatment but there is never mention of it being an extra charge. It's wrong it should be discussed before hand if things are going to cost you extra instead of getting to the register and your treatment costing 10,20 or 30 dollars more than it should. It's also a shame about the atmosphere now with the loud music from the shop next door taking away from the relaxation of what pure indulgence used to be.

I enjoy coming to Pure Indulgence, I think the therapists are always kind, friendly ladies, I have never had a problem with them or with the service I'm receiving. However I do believe that paying $110 for a Brazilian and full leg is a bit pricey. I try to go to cheaper places as it's just a leg wax and other places charge less and I have the same results. Otherwise I'm happy overall with Pure Indulgence.

The music in the shop was loud and over powered the relaxing music playing in my room whilst I was having my treatment.

My experience on Sunday with Alice at Robina North was very pleasant and I came away from my pedicure and deluxe facial feeling great. What I would prefer not to experience when having a facial (especially one which i've been given as a gift) is the 'upselling' which I have now experienced multiple times. Alice handled this well on Sunday and was happy with my declining of an 'upsell' to a dearer 'more appropriate for my skin' product. Last time I experienced this I actually did upgrade but I did this feeling pressured to do so. People shouldn't have to feel pressure to spend even more money when they have already agreed to purchase an expensive luxury item to begin with. The upselling (disguised as a skin analysis) is an experience I don't wish to experience in Pure Indulgence Salons.
