The services have declined since moving to the new location. The experience of staff, is noticeable. Prices need to be a bit more competitive, and higher level of service.

I was gifted a gift voucher for my birthday and decided on a deluxe hot oil pedicure and also booked shellac removal. The removal took at least 30 minutes and now I have a sore toe from repeated application of acid tone and filing. I was half sitting and half laying on a treatment table and when pedicure started half to bend my knees to put my feet in a large bowl filled with warm water that was lucky if it reached my ankles and that was my position for close to 1 hr with the therapist leaning against the bowl so it didn't fall off the bed whilst she was trying to complete what was supposed to be a pamper service, so uncomfortable. Also the entire time she was trying to remove the shellac she didn't stop talking and was definitely a glass half empty outlook on a lot of things. If you are going to charge premium prices for a deluxe service then provide that service.

Service I received , I could have done at home. 25 min of my 50 min treatment was just spent laying on bed with cream on my face . I was expecting a relaxing treatment but there was not really much of this . With other facials , neck or hands or décollage would have been massaged whilst I was Laying there. I’ve had many facials so I do know what to expect and this did not Offer anything like others . This was nothing special at all for over $100 !

I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing massage for my birthday recently and didn't have the best experience unfortunately. The massage pressure was inconsistent and unstructured which gave the impression she was distracted (potentially looking at the time?). The head massage was pulling on my hair, had a lot of stopping and starting motions, and was so hard that it started to give me a headache (when I did ask for light pressure/relaxing on more than one occasion). She then proceeded to rub my face with a hair on her hand. I had to stop her during the massage to remove it myself. Overall it felt unprofessional for the money I paid and was disappointed.

I was disappointed with my experience. I had my appointment at 4:40pm and the facial felt rushed my facial didn’t fully start until 4:50 and finished at 5:18. This was my first time at pure indulgence but I didn’t enjoy the facial at all, you can hear all the staff walking through the hallway talking and banging on walls in the rooms next door. I understand at the end of the day staff want to go home but when you are paying $75 and it is not relaxing or enjoyable it is a bit disappointing.

Was in general not overwhelmed by this facial. I found the sheets on the table didn't really reflect what I would call a super clean environment. They did not use anything around my hair and face like a headband to protect may hair from products so I left feeling very greasy (Dermalogica do have a great headband and this type of thing should be used in my opinion). I also would expect the person doing the facial to advise customer of each product that was going to be put on the skin as they proceeded or at least ask if you wanted to know this as it progressed. I had a gift voucher for this procedure and was misled on changing it to another similar procedure that there would be no out of pocket difference. As it was a gift from someone else this should have been made clear to me before I went in. Not after I had finished when I was presented with paying the additional costs.
