I very much enjoyed the experience yesterday with Teniel but I can afford to come only when I have a voucher or there is a special offer. I watch out for dermalogica sales too. You could consider implementing a rewards system for repeat customers that also encourages people like me to 'justify' the expense as it is a luxury.

I felt really sad to say good bye to Nicole, the previous store manager. She has been always so exceptional with the customer service and excellent problem solver. Nothing was never too difficult. I am so grateful to have Stephanie, my therapist who is able to continue with this kind of professional personalised service at Robina north salon. She has amazing skills but her abilities to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility to suit customer's needs make me keep on returning for last 9 years to the same salon on regular basis. Well done for having and keeping amazing staff at your salon!

I felt the consultant was completely interested in my overall needs and the outcome I required. I was respected and valued. The consultant customized my facial to what my skin needed which was exactly what I look for in a consultant. The consultants product knowledge was if a high standard and she was very passionate about her job and ensuring I was receiving a high level of service. The consultant was friendly, genuine, engaging and sincere. Thank you for giving me a memorable experience!

Hayley was very professional and caring when giving my facial. I was totally relaxed. There was no pressure afterwards to buy products but I was given great information in regard to my skin and care for it. Thank you again Hayley.
