Find the sales pitch at each consultation most annoying and frustrating. If I would like a product or more information on a product then it should be up to the customer to enquire. I understand that the beautician has been trained to do this but leaves one feeling annoyed. Rooms are looking tired in ROBINA. Same skin analysis each time I come - I know the comments - wasting valuable treatment time. Find that it takes me a few minutes to get ready for procedure but am left waiting for a good 10 minutes - so an hour treatment is really 45 minutes! Disappointing Beautician was lovely

The worst microdermabrasion and facial I've ever had! The therapist was rough, I left with my face tingling and I had to go home and wash my face as soon as possible. I did discuss the fact that my skin is sensitive with the therapist prior to treatment however this was ignored and she proceeded to try and sell me products that she used knowing full well my face was tingling from it. If I had not previously had facials with pure indulgence before I can assure you I wouldn't be returning. I was considering buying the package but after that experience I didn't.

I had a 3 hour session and the therapist wore gloves. It was terrible. Worst experience for a massage/facial ever - so uncomfortable and irritating. Her skills were fine but the gloves absolutely ruined it. So disappointing when what I needed was a 3 hour pamper to escape and relax and the gloves 100% ruined it. Is this a new company practice? I certainly hope not or I’ll never be back.

I was giving a full body massage The whole time I could hear other staff members taking and slamming doors.

Use to love coming to pure indulgence, but this is the second time I did not get the full treatment time and polish was not the best once seen out in the light.

If the therapist spent less time on her mobile and more time concentrating on what she was doing then the skin around my eyebrows would not be sensitive and peeling.
