Pure Indulgence always offers friendly and professional service. The quality of products used are very good and staff are trained well and treat clients with respect and offer a lot of advice of the products displayed and used.

My experience today at Pure Indulgence with my facial and massage was excellent. Hannah was amazing and I felt so relaxed, my skin feels amazing afterwards. The service and advice I received was also excellent and everything was tailored to me and my skin. The only downfall was the excess noise while I was having my treatment - I was in the first room therefore the main door was right outside, meaning there was a lot of noise from the door and also the reception room, there was also quite a loud banging noise throughout the treatment, and lastly the people next to my treatment room were speaking very loudly, so bad that the lady doing my treatment had to go speak to them. Overall though I had a great experience and will definitely go back, my skin is so much better for the facial and massage, and despite the excess noise I left relaxed.

I had an eye brow wax by a therapist a few months ago and she burnt my eye lid with the wax. I went into the salon and showed the manager what had happened. I was told that they had made the staff member aware of what they did and will give her further training. Now a few months later I made an appointment and unfortunetly I got the same staff member again. I now have been burnt again. Very disappointed and will not be going back again.
