I'm sure its beyond your control but the noise of the music in the shop next door was a bit intrusive, and clashed with your music. Jess was fantastic.

The last time I had a massage the room was more relaxing than my most recent visit. I believe the last massage I had I was in a room that was themed to a scent instead of places and I much preferred that. Also I found it difficult to relax because I could smell my attendants feet which is why I would rather the scent in a room (totally not the attendants fault, because I had a back massage my face was naturally position towards the floor). I also found it difficult to relax because of the outside noise I could still hear, usually I just about fall asleep getting a massage but on this occasion I could not relax listening to all the outside music. Perhaps the volume needed to be turned up that little extra in the room or better soundproofing. Other than that it was a good massage and the lady I had was lovely and very friendly

I was given a Signature Facial voucher, by my family for my 52 Birthday. I decided after traveling back from Townsville by car (18hrs) and getting slightly sun burnt over the chrissy period, that I deserved a one on one treatment for my tight shoulders and neck and a beautiful facial for my slowly aging skin. I was treated by Shay at Robina Salon, my overall experience was calming and relaxing, Shay didnt push the up sell at the end but preferred to recommend (correctly) a treatment that would be benefical to hydrate my facial skin. My skin looked hydrated and felt relaxed. I can't wait to use my new Mask again, so I can keep up the ever lasting results as I did from my treatment on the 7th January.
