Hannah was great. She was professional and friendly. I just had a pedicure however I was doing emails while getting it done and Hannah created a very relaxed atmosphere so I left feeling refreshed even though I was dealing with work during the treatment.

The experience is lovely / beautician professional / products used great but I strongly feel so much time is wasted with the skin consult - which I already know my skin and have consult every time I book in for a session / sales pitch at end another 10 minutes wasted - I am fully capable of asking questions at any time for a product that interests me and left in room way too long before procedure begins For an hour treatment I am getting 30 min hands on and just not good enough. This is the thoughts of a number of my friends who have been to Pure Indulgrnce - not value for money - not the fault of the beautician - just the whole procedure !

Treatment room "London"... Too loud and music was non existent. Paid $40 extra for hot stone that was only 10mins. Therapist was friendly and professional...front of desk was rude. I arrived 10mins early as per request and told I was early.

Hello, I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today at 4pm. I went in just needing a tidy up, nothing drastic. After finishing I looked in the small mirror the lady handed me and my brows seems fine. After getting in my car and driving home I decided to have a good look at them. For a second I couldn't believe my eyes... The person demolished my left eyebrow!! The tint may look good but it doesn't hide the fact she removed all the hair from the top of my left brow where there was full hair before. I have attached a photo of my eye brows before she did them and after. I got them done for a big birthday weekend for my bestfriend but now I honestly don't want to leave my house. No amount of makeup can cover the fact I have a bald spot where there was once beautiful hair. I don't understand how or why she did this. The did trim my eyebrows although my hairs are not long. I'm horrified! Too embarrassed to leave my house now. What am I suppose to do?? I have photos of my eyebrows a week prior to this wax and you can see there is hair on my upper left brow where as you can see in the photo, she removed it! Kind regards, Mercedes Norman
