I come to you guys each time I need my legs waxed and don’t usually say anything but I am this time. I have fair blonde hairs which can be hard to see but I always each time I’ve had a treatment am left with several patch’s that weren’t done back over or even checked before finishing. Each time I come home and finish it myself. So overall what id say is just go over with more wax or tweezers once done initial first wax before cream and finished with towel

I have again had another amazing relaxing and enjoyable experience with Payton , who is just so friendly and helpful and a fabulous beautician. I can’t recommend her more .

I used online booking and received confirmation of booking for 3 pm. When I arrived for my 3 pm appointment, I was informed that it was not until 440pm. Very frustrated my appointment was reshuffled to 340pm and was asked to come back at that time. When I arrived back I was told someone had tried to ring me but the phone number recorded was incorrect. I could have been emailed as a second contact.

The Pure Indulgence team were amazing with my daughter. It was her first experience and was very nervous. They made her feel very comfortable and talked her through each step. Thank you for making her first experience at your salon so wonderful.

I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing massage for my birthday recently and didn't have the best experience unfortunately. The massage pressure was inconsistent and unstructured which gave the impression she was distracted (potentially looking at the time?). The head massage was pulling on my hair, had a lot of stopping and starting motions, and was so hard that it started to give me a headache (when I did ask for light pressure/relaxing on more than one occasion). She then proceeded to rub my face with a hair on her hand. I had to stop her during the massage to remove it myself. Overall it felt unprofessional for the money I paid and was disappointed.
