I come to Pure Indulgence quite frequently and yesterday's visit wasn't the best in honesty. The pre and post service was great, but my hour having my actual service felt rushed and like my consultant wasn't really into it (maybe she was a bit tired, it was the end of the day). I usually ask for my fantastic consultant but she wasn't free. Stick to the person you gel with!
