I brought a facial and a massage for my mother in law and rather than the service that I paid for she was given a mani pedi. I could have gone and bought this for my mother in law for half the price and used the facial and massage for myself. We were both very disappointed with the decision making process for how my funds would be spent when I had clearly booked - and PAID for - a hot stone massage and facial.

Got a facial. The therapist spoke alot during the treatment. I have 2 kids, it was a treat I really didnt want the lecture on my skin. I didnt want the products I ended up purchasing because Demalogica was pushed onto me. I just wanted some me time. I just wanted to relax, instead ive left feeling like my skin is terrible and I should be spending hundreds of dollars on it every month. I am a mum, I dont have hundreds of dollars or even time to spend on that kind of thing. If I come back id ask to put a note that its for relaxation and not to push products. Id request a different therapist as well i have kept her name so that I dont get her again. Although likely I will use a small time business who will just give me a nice service amd appreciate that you can do a consult before but it really isnt nesesary during a treatment.
