There was a big difference between the lady who did my facial and the experience conpared to other ladies and previous experiences. Over the past year it has been fairly consistent amoungst people who do my facials other than today

Beautiful products, comfortable beds and nice atmosphere, however I purchased a package which included a microdermabrasion but I was not given one. At the end of the treatment I questioned this and was told my skin had some redness and was dry and so wasn't a candidate for microdermabrasion. I should have been advised this at the start and given option for microdermabrasion in areas that were suitable i.e. undereye and decolletage. I am very disappointed as I have been to Pure Indulgence many times before and expect better.

The wall light is quite bright and glary when it’s turned back on after treatment. It was hard to look at Charlotte with the brightness in my eyes.

I was disappointed with my experience. I had my appointment at 4:40pm and the facial felt rushed my facial didn’t fully start until 4:50 and finished at 5:18. This was my first time at pure indulgence but I didn’t enjoy the facial at all, you can hear all the staff walking through the hallway talking and banging on walls in the rooms next door. I understand at the end of the day staff want to go home but when you are paying $75 and it is not relaxing or enjoyable it is a bit disappointing.
