I had an email offer pay for half and get a one hour facial but no one seemed sure what the conditions of this offer include I paid for both my Daughters facials and mine at the same time and when I got my and checked my docket, I was over charged. This was very disappointing.

A lovely experience. Right amount of pressure for massage, clean environment, great products and friendly, professional and non-judgemental service. The only thing I find difficult is when you can hear other staff members chatting or the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre. Not sure how much more could be done to the actual building to sound proof but at least turn up some relaxing musoc maybe.

I like to thank Kate I love my eyebrows when I showed a few of my friends they said they look a bit too dark but I told them what Kate told me to give them two weeks and I’ll settle down I have a friend That wants her eyebrows done so I’m going to recommend her she’s a bit scared because she thought it really hurt but I’ll tell her no it’s just real scratchy once again Kate thank you very much

I had two treatments a pedicure which I could not fault it lived up to my expectation, the second treatment was an eyebrow tint , . This was most disappointing one eyebrow right side was while not excellent was tolerable, the left side, however was not matched and only half of it was tinted , I told the operator that due to a medical condition there was little hair on the brow , she said she would mix various colours it would be ok. Today , the day after it does not look as if I have had the eyebrows done at all. I have been satisfied previously, so I thank you for the opportunity to express my complaint. Use to love coming to pure indulgence, but this is the second time I did not get the full treatment time and polish was not the best once seen out in the light.
