I was grateful that you agreed to hold some of the money from my expired gift voucher but due to the circumstances explained I was a little unhappy that the full value of the voucher as purchased was not retained. When I received the gift voucher I went and explained that I could not use the voucher because of covid and I was a carer for my husband who we could not risk him catching covid due to his health. The lass at Robina offered a card as replacement and advised that it was available till 2023. Wrongly it appears that this meant up to 2023 not that year. My husband unfortunately passed away in March this year which meant I no longer had to keep my distance from everyone and so I called to arrange to use the credit on the card and this was when I was advised that the card had expired. I enjoyed my massage today and paid the difference but just wanted to raise the issue that sometimes there are circumstances that do make things impossible to use the vouchers in a set time frame. Great visit, had a lovely time for my facial! Not a negative but rather feedback - the lightbulb in my room was a bit on the fritz and I found the super loud music from the speakers on the ceiling and the waves crashing from a smaller speaker on the bench a bit much - one or the other would've been fine. I also purchased some eye cream which I'm happy with! Thanks ladies :)

Would love to compliment Caysie on her beautiful manner and expertise, thoroughly enjoyed my facial. I booked a series with her as she did a fabulous job. Very relaxing too.
