The treatment experience was good and informative. The front on store experience was quite negative, understandably it is the busy season, but a simple acknowledgement does a long way. I walked into the store at 11:10 for a 11:20 appointment, and was completely ignore and ask to move aside while they were serving another customer. All I wanted to do was to check in. After I was finally acknowledge I sat sat myself down, not even offered a seat until the therapist came out to get me. Nikki apologised for the wait and took me in. I received a lovely and informative treatment with Nikki. I would have liked a bit more time after the treatment to get more information about my skincare routine. Unfortunately Nikki had to run off to her next treatment. Understandably there were computer issues that day, but again when Nikki walked me to the counter with the $220 worth of products that I was purchasing, I wasn't even acknowledged. No explaination of what was going on, so once again I sat myself down and waited until someone could serve me. Only reason I will be returning to your business is because I have 2 more moicroderm abrasion treatments that I had prepaid for on a previous visit.

I have been going here for close to 5 years now, today the lady that I had for my face wax messed up my eyebrows!! I was absolutely distraught, she's taken more off my right eye brow and my eye brows are now uneven. I am extremely upset. Other than this she is lovely, I'm just really upset with how uneven my eyebrows are.

I love saving my money and coming to pure indulgence to do exactly as the title describes. Pure indulgence is always my first and only choice because of the professional high quality service. However the last few appointments I have had, I feel as though I was just a number and not a client. The service has been consistently poor of recent. I have attempted to alter between staff however the service has been the same all around. Any wax service I have, I find that I am just waxed and no attempt is made to tweeze stray hairs and I often go home and tweeze it myself. I am amazed at how much hair is being left behind and I wonder why I am paying someone that amount of money for half a job. Please pure indulgence bring back the attention and care that you once maintained at a high level.

Beautiful products, comfortable beds and nice atmosphere, however I purchased a package which included a microdermabrasion but I was not given one. At the end of the treatment I questioned this and was told my skin had some redness and was dry and so wasn't a candidate for microdermabrasion. I should have been advised this at the start and given option for microdermabrasion in areas that were suitable i.e. undereye and decolletage. I am very disappointed as I have been to Pure Indulgence many times before and expect better.

Thank you for the opportunity. I would like to say that Tenille was wonderful and professional. But I am very disappointed in the "new" essential pedicure. My best friend always gives me a voucher for this special treatment for my birthday or special occasion. This time my friend bought the voucher just before 26.2.15 knowing that she was buying the essential pedicure package that I always received: pedicure, foot soak, nail colour and lower leg salt scrub and foot massage. I have been extremely busy renovating a house and also it was the 2 year anniversary of my father passing and my best friend knew that buying this voucher was really going to be a pampering experience for me. I excitedly looked at the website back in February around my birthday and drooled over the treatment package and was super excited it was going to go for an hour. Today was a major disappointment. It was just a normal old pedicure. No leg salt scrub, no music, no massage and all done in 40 minutes. I felt bad for my girlfriend because she thought I would be experiencing what she normally buys me. Plus I was told that it was just on Saturday (4 days ago) that the menu had changed. But why should I be disadvantaged when the payment was made back in late February. There is a whole year to use the voucher but I couldn't wait but what my girlfriend bought was NOT what was delivered. I walked out of the salon, pleasant to Tenille, but felt very short changed on my treatment and felt bad for my friend paying $59, which is a lot for a present but not when you think you are giving a friend a treatment paradise session. Have to question whether I would return in the future.....
