As I was having my massage the noise next door of laughing out loud and talking disturbed me. You have relaxing soft music and the massage I was totally enjoying until the noise. Perhaps the staff could speak in a quieter tone so as not to disturb other clients. Also I was supposed to have a foot massage but the girl told me that she had decided to give me a head massage because of my pain in my shoulder and neck but it would have been nice to have been consulted Perhaps I should have been asked my preference. However the treatment I received I could not fault very relaxing (almost).

Very disappointed with my eyebrow, lip and chin wax today. The lady who did it never whipped my face before she started. Just applied the wax straight onto my skin and pulled it off while still warm, just let it sit for a couple of seconds the rip off. My appointment was for 30 minutes and She took me in late and I finished early. She did put a cream on my face afterwards but when I saw my daughter 10 minutes later she was so surprised how red my face was. Yes I know you get red but this was super red. Ive had my waxing done there many times and the girls are usually very nice, cleaning the areas first and afterwards a tiny massage but this lady just ripped and got me out of there as fast as she could. I used a gift voucher so next time if its the same treatment I think I will be going elsewhere for my waxing.

Usually love my experience with your team, however today was a bit ordinary, the room didn’t look set up properly, just plastic sheet on the bed rather than the normal bed set up. Staff member didn’t really speak to me, was a bit rough with brows and didn’t listen (or hear) me and used the wrong colour on my brows. Definitely not what I’m used too with your team.

The majority of the staff at the front desk can be quite rude and pushy however the treatment ladies that I have had are amazing and always so nice!

Treatment room "London"... Too loud and music was non existent. Paid $40 extra for hot stone that was only 10mins. Therapist was friendly and professional...front of desk was rude. I arrived 10mins early as per request and told I was early.
