Very disappointed with brow tinting. Told a colour to be used and that colour not done. To add insult to injury I kept being told how I still had to pay even though it looked so wrong and many attempts to fix the problem rubbing something on to take off colour. I was very unhappy with that part of the experience. The actual facial part massage was wonderful but with a voucher that had been brought for me nearly two years ago, I was shocked to learn that the amount that was purchased for me to receive the works no longer had the same value as their prices had changed! That's just plain wrong. What you pay for isn't that what's to be received in that time period. No matter what you want to do with prices or services you should still deliver on what you sold someone! Very pushy on product sales too. To the point of putting a guilt trip on you to buy their products or else your not caring for your skin!

Too Much upselling, and too little time in treatments. A feeling of being rushed, not being relaxed

The massage was pretty good, however I was pretty disappointed in the service. The room had no sound proofing so I could hear everything that was going on in the next room I.e. conversation with the client plus cleaning up afterwards. The person performing the massage yawned several times throughout the service (I had my eyes closed and could hear every single yawn) and they also sat down on the bed several times throughout the massage, which I didn’t think was professional. All in all not a great experience.

I came in for an essential pedicure. I felt like my appointment was rushed, only my heels were buffed, not the rest of my feet. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted, my toenails were hardly filed. My feet weren't massaged and my legs were aching from holding them up. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit - only because when you pay $59 for a pedicure you expect it to be indulgent.

Multiple patches of hair left after waxing for pre surgery - more than 6mm long so no reason for them to be left. Now I have to get out my wax warmer and go over again - way too many to tweeze. Absolute waste of money. Never had this experience before, even when I have done my own! Won't be returning.

Treatment described stated 60 minutes. I arrived early to fill in information sheet. I was spoken to nearly 15 minutes late and was out and paying exactly one hour from when the appointment booked.
