Comment
The room was dirty, marks on the wall, very dusty. It was off putting. Didn’t enjoy being told I “needed” to exfoliate and being pushed to purchase products. It was insulting and I dislike having unsolicited advice and products pushed in me. The service itself was okay, but considering they charge more for their service than similar businesses, it is not good value for money.
