The experience is lovely / beautician professional / products used great but I strongly feel so much time is wasted with the skin consult - which I already know my skin and have consult every time I book in for a session / sales pitch at end another 10 minutes wasted - I am fully capable of asking questions at any time for a product that interests me and left in room way too long before procedure begins For an hour treatment I am getting 30 min hands on and just not good enough. This is the thoughts of a number of my friends who have been to Pure Indulgrnce - not value for money - not the fault of the beautician - just the whole procedure !

Same service, different salon totally different outcome?? I have been purchasing Shellac nail and file series for a couple of years now. Due to Pacific Fair Salon closing down, I booked an appointment at Robina. I am disappointed because while the technician was really lovely the finish was average...there was no file, no extra pampering and after 3 days the shellac has broken off half of 2 nails. It's never happened before after such a short timeframe. I don't normally write negative feedback however I am very disappointed and I still have a couple of appointments left on my series.

My mother and I were given a voucher for Mother's Day. We went to the Robina store on the 28th July. For me and my mum we felt it was a bit of a rush job. I also had my eye brows tinted and waxed, there were still hairs that should have been removed. The most time spent was trying to sell us products after the treatment.

Unfortunately my experience was negative. The massage was very repetitive and it felt like a gentle stroke despite asking for medium to hard pressure. I am very disappointed as I now have to pay for an additional massage elsewhere as non of my muscles where massaged and I still feel very tense. I am a new Mum and find it difficult to find time for myself.

Was in general not overwhelmed by this facial. I found the sheets on the table didn't really reflect what I would call a super clean environment. They did not use anything around my hair and face like a headband to protect may hair from products so I left feeling very greasy (Dermalogica do have a great headband and this type of thing should be used in my opinion). I also would expect the person doing the facial to advise customer of each product that was going to be put on the skin as they proceeded or at least ask if you wanted to know this as it progressed. I had a gift voucher for this procedure and was misled on changing it to another similar procedure that there would be no out of pocket difference. As it was a gift from someone else this should have been made clear to me before I went in. Not after I had finished when I was presented with paying the additional costs.
