Eli made my first ever facial such an incredible experience! All staff are so kind and professional. I cannot recommend Eli enough. She went above and beyond to speak to me about my skin and what it needs, gave me samples and recommended what treatments I would benefit from continuing on. There was no pressure to purchase anything or rebook in. 10/10! Will recommend PI Orion to family and friends and cannot wait to book in again. My skin is absolutely glowing!!
