I think you need to look at a loyalty system. I spend $90 every 4 weeks approx and I get nothing for my loyalty. A discount of some sort by using a points system would be good for example $1 = 1 point and you can use these points to pay for products and or services. Or perhaps a calendar that gives each loyal patron a discount on a variety of services. The prices are a little high but if you had a reward system people would not look at going else where that does offer something.
