My husband gave me a voucher for valentines day I had never been to the salon before so it was my first time at Springfield. Bailey was my consultant and she gave me a massage which was absolutely lovely. She was very helpful when I asked her about a few other things & what she couldn't answer she referred her manager to speak with me about some facial things. Overall really nice experience.
