Pippa was excellent. Very professional and happy with the lovely customer service. She's hard to get an appointment with cause she's fully booked. Do staff get monthly free treatments themselves if not this would be good to maintain a good working environment and reduce staff leaving maybe. Also Is it possible to have the music changed its been the same music for the last 2 years. Maybe change the USB every month for customers and staff. Im sure the staff would find it boring i would if id have to listen to it day in day out. But my over all experience was great service thank you.
