When i phoned to book for an appointment that day the salon was able to accommodate me but I dont believe the detail of the treatment was discussed. I assumed it was obvious it was the 1hr treatment I had bought as part of a series and the salon had that information given they were looking at my details to confirm the appointment - however when I arrived the therapist was 10 minutes late and asked if I was after the express treatment. I queried this and said it didnt sound like the package I had pre-paid so she went to investigate. I was told on her return that it was my error and when I booked I was told it was only an 'express' time slot but the therapist agreed to do the full treatment and stat 30 minutes past her time she was meant to finish. Whilst they were able to do my treatment I did feel like the way it was described that it was my fault and I had inconvenienced the salon which meant I didn't feel totally relaxed during my treatment like I normally do at the salon. The treatment itself was great - it was only the appointment and miscommunication that was a little problematic for me and I think could have been an easy thing to avoid in the future by confirming a few more things when booking the appointment.
