I was just a little dissapointed because I had a hand refresh done and the finish on the nail polish wasn't done very well but I felt too bad to say anything becuase the lady who did it was really lovely

Disappointed as no roll (towel) was put under my knees. Was only waxed once for lip wax got home still find fine hair crn of my lips. I was there a month ago having the same service the lady spent more time on getting those fine eyebrows and lips. Overall experience not treated like a month ago I was there,

The person i had was professional and lovely, however my service results were not ideal. It ended with my eyebrows being uneven, the facial felt rushed with the products slapped on and off my face and the nail polish didnt seem to have any under or top coat resulting in it smudging and coming off instantly. However, she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable.

I'd like to upload more pictures as the facial was divine as was the massage but unfortunately the manicure and pedicure was substandard and took far longer than anticipated as the varnish was thick and wouldn't cooperate for the beautician.

Every other time would come out after a massage feeling wow and that was worth it, but this time it was like just a ok massage, nothing special, 90% of the time was spent on the back. First time walking out feeling disappointed.
