I have been coming to Pure Indulgence fro several years now, however i find the upeling of products too much. Understanding totally the reason why you do this as i also run a business, however it’s just too intense. Its ok to upsell however it’s not ok to continue to upsell when i have said no to the first product then get into the waiting room after my treatment and still have products attempted to be sold to me. I love your salon but no means no. The ladies are lovely and are only doing their job but this actually stops me from attending your salon more often than i do.
